My kids have gone to Virginia to spend the weekend with Jon's parents. They will have SO much fun, I know; they don't get to see them as often as we'd like.
But my house is disturbingly quiet.

Suffering from empty nest syndrome already? Love it while you have it.
It wasn't quiet here! We all had a great time, and enjoyed spending having them with us. They are great kids and you've done a good job. Hope you and Jon had some quality time together.
